The Role 

Become Roncroft Realty’s face of client experience, leading property showings and guiding buyers through the decision-making process. 

 

We’re seeking driven, self-motivated individuals who take initiative, embrace feedback, and consistently set and exceed personal goals. Ideal candidates are resilient and goal-oriented, viewing daily effort as the key to long-term growth.

Regular check-ins and coaching are part of the journey, and as you build confidence and client relationships, there’s room to evolve into part-time or full-service brokerage roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers

  • Highlight key property features, neighborhood strengths, and local value insights

  • Collect feedback and promptly relay it to the lead agent

  • Assist clients with next steps in the buying process

  • Keep schedules, notes, and CRM data up to date

  • Occasionally support open houses or inspection tours as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must plan to affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Roncroft Realty

  • Real Estate License or current enrollment in a Real Estate licensing course with a graduation date before start date

  • Excellent communication skills and a polished professional demeanor

  • Deep knowledge or genuine interest in Buffalo-area neighborhoods

  • Strong organizational skills and reliability

  • Dependable vehicle & ability to travel across Erie and Niagara counties

  • Flexibility for evening or weekend appointments

  • High integrity, accountability, and a client-first mindset

  • CRM and MLS comfort (basic proficiency acceptable)

  • BNAR membership is not required, however, a plus

  • Multi-lingual candidates are STRONGLY PREFERRED 

Compensation: 

  • Pay per showing or split-based commission, competitive within the local market
