The Role:
A Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is a property value estimate prepared by a licensed real estate professional, typically used when a full appraisal isn't necessary.
As a BPO Analyst with Roncroft Realty, you’ll assess property values for banks, lenders, and financial institutions, gaining hands-on experience, earning per-assignment income, and building market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and conduct property site visits throughout the WNY region to assess physical conditions and neighborhood characteristics

Capture clear, relevant photographs to document property conditions and support valuation reports

Utilize MLS data and real estate research tools to analyze recent comparable sales and local market trends

Complete online BPO forms with accurate value estimates and detailed written observations

Ensure all assignments are completed by client deadlines while building proficiency in professional valuation methods and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must plan to affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Roncroft Realty

A valid NYS real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)

A reliable car and smartphone

Basic comfort with online research and writing

Bachelor’s Degree, Or Equivalent
-
Membership with the Buffalo Niagara Association of REALTORS® (BNAR)

Required for MLS access

Multi-lingual candidates STRONGLY PREFERRED
Compensation
-
Earn $40–$60 per completed BPO, with monthly potential ranging from $500 to $1,200+ based on volume
