The Role:
If you're an agent closing 5–10+ deals per year, tired of office politics, and ready to scale your business on your own terms, then we’d love to talk.
This is not a “rah-rah,” cold-calling bullpen. We’re seeking one solid, full-time, licensed real estate agent who’s ready to work independently, close deals, and grow with a lean, nimble company that respects your time and talent.
Key Responsibilities:

You’re currently doing 5+ transactions per year, maybe more

You’re at a brokerage already but feel stuck or underappreciated
-
You’re motivated and resourceful, a self-starter who finds answers before asking for help
-
You prefer remote work, no mandatory meetings, no office drama
-
You value flexibility, direct communication, and fair compensation
-
You’re committed to East Buffalo, or already doing consistent business in the city
-
You’re seeking respect, tools, and support, not scripts and slogans
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A valid NYS real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)

A history of consistent real estate sales year over year
-
Access to a reliable car, computer, and smartphone
-
Bachelor’s Degree, Or Equivalent
-
Membership with the Buffalo Niagara Association of REALTORS® (BNAR)
-
Required for MLS access

Multi-lingual candidates STRONGLY PREFERRED

Must plan to affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Roncroft Realty
Compensation

Highly competitive splits, no franchise fees, no desk fees
