The Role: Pricing Photographer

As a Pricing Photographer, you’ll complete exterior and limited interior property visits to capture photos used in Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for banks, lenders, and financial institutions.

​

This is a field-based, per-assignment role focused on speed, accuracy, and consistency.

​

You will not be responsible for pricing or completing valuation reports. Your role is to capture clean, clear, and consistent photo documentation that supports those reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete exterior drive-by property visits throughout the WNY region

• Capture clear, consistent photos of each property (front, street, angles, condition details)

• Follow a defined photo checklist for each assignment

• Upload photos promptly via Google Drive or designated platform

• Complete assignments within required deadlines (often 24–48 hours)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Reliable car and smartphone

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Comfort navigating to multiple properties in a day

• Real estate license preferred, but not required

• Starting at $25 per property visit

• Paid per assignment based on completed and accepted submissions
